Darrach brings over 20 years’ experience in recruitment and executive search, advising senior decision-makers, developing specialist markets and identifying leadership talent for critical appointments.
Throughout his career, he has worked closely with business owners, boards and senior executives, building an understanding of the experience, judgement and leadership qualities organisations need to succeed.
As Founder of XI Executive, Darrach combines that experience with an established network across sport, rigorous search methodology and market intelligence to deliver a personal, discreet and research-led approach to leadership appointments.
